1st and last time in. Shocked by the over-priced menu. The portions weren’t great for what you pay. Everything lacked in flavor and was messy. We each got a double bacon cheese burger, the cheese wasn’t even melted, the burger was dry and bland. We shared a large order of fries for $8 and some change which were super greasy and mushy. Paid $38 and some change for all of that.. not worth it at all in my opinion. The staff was kind and the establishment looked clean and orderly.

The staff here is beyond amazing. The managers G and Judiah are incredible. We had an incorrect burger (we weren’t even mad just missing bacon) and both G and Judiah were apologetic and made sure to make it up to us the next time we came in. Everyone is so nice and friendly and it really makes you feel good about giving them your business. We will definitely be back!

Went in tonight, my fries were very undercooked. Couldn’t eat them. My burger came with tomatoes on it, I am allergic to tomatoes. The chocolate shake was pretty good, which keeps this at 2 stars. If ya’ll are gonna charge 30 dollars for a burger/fries and drink… it needs to be significantly better.

I love Five Guys, but my experience here was bad. Never had a bad experience with a five guys until I went to this location. Showed up, was the only person in the restaurant besides the workers, and it still took them 20 min to get me my food. The guy that took my order was so high I couldn’t understand him. And then I got horrible fries… over cooked and unsalted. First time last time goer to this shop.

Ordered a cheeseburger with fries. When I received my order I had realized that I forgot to tell them Cajun Fries. They took them back and made them Cajun with a smile, even though it was my fault. Burgers are great. Fries are awesome. But they tend to go heavy on salt. Like heart attack worthy amounts. They could salinate the great lakes with as much as they put on these finger shaped nuggets of savory edible happiness. Please, for the love of christ, ask for no salt. Shakes are awesome too! Basically my favorite burger joint, at least until I die from a heart attack.
