Getting expensive to eat here. $12 for just a bacon burger with little bacon then $5 for a small cup of fries. Being like $18 for 1 person, then you ask for a cup for water and they give the tiny one that the small fries come in. Ask for a bigger cup and the policy says no for water and you just paid $18 for a burger and a handful of fries. I mean good fresh ingredients but man stingy on water. Then it might of been $3-$5 for a larger cup.

The staff at this Five Guys is not customer service oriented. I ordered online for pick up. The guy waited until I arrived to start my order. He looked like an adult man but acted like a child. He was whining about not wanting to be there. He was not friendly in any way.

Just a little snack. I think I’ve been to a 5 guys long ago but my kids and I needed just a snack. So I ordered fries and a drink at the lakewood location near colorado mills mall. I was a little taken aback by the prices but knowing how much I got. It was worth the price. The floor was dirty but I did notice the guy was out cleaning tables and I know it’s kinda a hard juggle to watch the register and keep the place Clean. Hope to get a burger next time

They act like I am inconveniencing them to order a burger. When I gt home the frys were way under cooked, raw and soaked in grease. Its like the fries were cooked some time ago and redipped in the frier after I ordered. When I called they guy said, “well I am not the one who cooked them.”
