Just went for the first time tonight and it was one of the best burgers I’ve had so far in the past 9 months that I’ve been eating meat. The fries were tasty, but salted caramel chocolate milkshake was the cherry on top and so was the man who mixed it.

Gave me the wrong order, drove all the way home and had to drive back. Worst part was I watched them give gift cards to the other gentleman who’s order was given to me by accident, so he gets fresh food my family gets to eat cold burgers because they didn’t make us a new order. Our order was left on the shelf for 20 minutes. Go elsewhere this five guys is absolutely horrid. No response from manager either. Amazing crew. I love 5 guys but they have been horrid the last year. Avoid this location!!!!

This location has fallen off dramatically. The fries were undercooked. They were closer to a greasy pasta than the crispy, mashed potato center they aim for. I left unwittingly with my limp fries only after I had gone to the counter to add on what they missed from the order. Once I arrived home I found they charged me for cheese I didn’t want and added ingredients I didn’t order. They continually made the order wrong after twice attempting to fix it. Maybe it was my mistake to go on 4/20. I could have walked next door and had a finer dining experience at McDonald’s for a third of the price.
