Service was so awesome! Been while since I been here as I did online order while back but today I went in and Manager Milo recognized me. Staff was super friendly and all happy working. Another manager Adam was also super friendly with his staff and make sure his staff was taking care of. Good is good, vibes are sky rocket. I will be back, not only because the food was good but because it is such a great environment. Best I have seen!!! Talked to Adam on the phone and he was just an awesome guy. This team ROCKS!! Thank you Adam, Milo, and the rest of the Staff.

Very slow service, it took 30 mins and we were the only ones there. The employees had their friends at the counter talking the whole time while one friend was sitting on the counter, that they serve the food on. She was told to get off the counter after I said something about it.

This is okay for a counter’s service fast food restaurant. And somewhat confused about the serving process. I have not spent any less than twenty minutes waiting for my food. The last time I was here I ordered a grilled cheese with fries. I literally saw my sandwich made about 10 minutes after I ordered it and then it’s out there waiting for the person who is making fries to take their. Time And grab It to prep the bag for serving the fries. There were not many people in front of Me and the people behind me were being served before I was. This is not the first time I have had this experience. When taking my order the staff is always very nice and always asks how i’m doing that day. It seems like the training is stellar in this area. I think a little bit multitasking would allow some of the other areas to move more smoothly. Lots of standing around and waiting for stuff to be done. But the food is good and fresh and the people are always nice.

Been going to 5 guys for a few years, but first time at this location. Ordered my food for pick up, and showed up to grab it and had to wait well they made my fries and shake. Apparently that’s their normal practice for “fresher food” but seems kind of self defeating for a fast pick up. So I sat and waited, and watched about 4 people come in, order food, and walk about with no mask on. I guess this was more annoying because there is a sign on the front entry door saying they are required… doesn’t seem logical to hang a sign your not going to enforce. The burger and shake were good as always, a bit pricy but good. The store was clean and organized like everyone I have ever been in, and the employees were attentive and nice.
