At Five Guys the food and the atmosphere are both great. This is a super fun place to go eat. Also, as a doordasher, the wait times here are pretty reasonable considering the quality of the food, but you can expect a bit of a wait typically.

Worst productive crew I’ve ever encountered at a food establishment, I waited in line for roughly 15 minutes to place my order, i than stood around for roughly 20-25 minutes to get my order, 2 bacon cheeseburgers and 2 large frys.. when I got home I was astonished, (they forgot to put the Burger patty’s on the burgers!) literary just condiments… i immediately called the store and spoke to the manager Gabe who told me to bring it back in and that they would remake my order while I was on my way.

It’s like this. They are a national chain. The product is good. The only variation is the delivery. I look for a clean restaurant. If the manager is taking care out front, the back is good too. This place is spotless. Corners are clean. Employees are friendly. Manager is solid. Everything else falls into place after that. Get your burger and fries and enjoy knowing rules were likely followed and you aren’t eating strange creatures.

I like the way the burgers taste. The employees are friendly and seem proud to do a good job. They give you more than enough fries which is the bomb . More places should give out lots of fries like these 5 guys. They also have complimentary peanuts and all you can eat too. The hot dogs are also good to grub on. Also lots of toppings to choose from and all you can drink beverage center.

I love this place but a double burger and small fries being 18 plus bucks with no drink is a bit Ludacris. They should just make more affordable combo meals with fries and drink included in a lower price instead of making us feel price gouged at the register.

The store was supposed be open at 11am.I could see people inside getting food ready. 11AM came the raido on building came on.But 11:10 the doors still locked when supposed be open. And employees just stood there. As me and a another car that was waiting took our business elsewhere. Is dispointing i ve been a loyal customer since it opened.
