Used to like Five Guys but it has plummeted to a poor shadow of its former self. Not only have they shrunk the fry portion… I get inflation… but one of my burgers seemed tampered with. The bun was extremely soggy. Like a prank. As I had it delivered by Uber Eats, it is a mystery. Hope management investigates what is going on or this location will vaporize itself.

Went to 5 guys with my family and ordered a large fry. It was more like a small. No worries I’ll order another fry. Order another one and had barely enough fries to fill the cup. I complained to staff. They asked me which number because they knew they messed up. No apology just here little more fries. I used to go to 5 guys for their good portions even though they are more expensive. Not any more.

Really really good fries and burgers. Must try if you love burgers. I tried a whole bunch of burgers at different places in a close period of time. This place was my second favorite. I am dinging a tad because there is no drive-through and the ambiance is a bit sterile. And I am Mickey Deutsch!

Placed an online order and was there at the given pickup time, still had to wait 30 minutes before getting our food. The restaurant wasn’t very busy and the staff was rude. I was initially told the wait was so that they could drop the fries, but watched them put cold fries that had been sitting out into our bag. Cold, overpriced food and poor service!
