Ordered on the app. Was told 15 minutes. I was there in 10 minutes. The burgers were cold, two of them were wrong and there were no extra fries in the bag like usual with the large fries. This is the 3rd time in a row our order was wrong or cold. Very disappointing!

It’s been several years since I’ve eaten at five guys. Decided to eat here again since I really like the fries. The burgers are good but the buns fall apart too easily. Fries were as expected. My main gripe is the overall cost of eating here. The food quality/taste doesn’t justify the price tag. I can certainly do without fine guys for another 5 or more years.

Staff is super nice and are kind enough to help even the delivery services! Fellow vegetarian here and I got their fries and veggie sandwich couldn’t be more happy, heart was content. Their burgers was delicious! 100% would recommend. Thank you!

The staff was nice. I never send back an order but they got my burger so completely wrong that I had to say something, then just put the toppings in a tin for me and told me to put them on myself. After three attempts, they still got it wrong but I just gave up. Somehow in 3 attempts bacon never ended up on a bacon cheeseburger. Other food came out cold too. Pretty disappointing, have been to much better locations.

UPDATED REVIEW: This is a very good burger place. The staff is always friendly and engaged and the food is very good. There is one reason I can’t give them a 5/5 and that is the price. There are other burger places out there that are just as good that are much cheaper. So unfortunately Five Guys won’t be my go-to option for a burger.

I got regular cajun fries and didn’t get a scoop of extra fry’s, which is why I got the regular size and not the little one. My milkshake took 15 minutes longer than the rest of my meal.

Location is great. Only issue we had was that the drink station was out of syrup for the fusion machines. We were left with basic flavors and a little disappointed because of it. Overall, though, the burgers were delicious, fresh and piping hot. We loved the cajun fries and had a great time.

When I arrived the place was empty. Great, I thought, no waiting. It took nearly 30 minutes for my order to be completed. The burgers were cold and the greasy fries were so salty we couldn’t eat them. It was also very expensive. There will not be a next visit.
