Cheeseburger had a LARGE piece of tin foil stuck between a patty and the cheese when I was about halfway done eating. clearly I’m not finishing. that is absolutely disgusting and cannot believe I got no sort of reimbursement especially on a $13 burger that I cannot eat. I haven’t eaten here in years and now I will not return. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Then I called the store to inform them of what happened and told them to pass along to their cook to pay attention when making $13 burgers! She just said “will do, sorry for the inconvenience ” seriously?! So toxic food and horrid customer service. We will never be back to this location and will be spreading this as far and wide as we possibly can.

Took so long to get my order that people entered ate and left before I got mine. Get home and my burger looks like it got in a fight with the staff and lost. If I wanted a burger that was punched before it was put in a bag I would have gone to McDonald’s and paid a lot less. Not the first issue I’ve had here and it’s becoming more common recently. I think it’s time to stop purchasing food from this location there are other burger joints it’s just conveniently located.

Fast friendly service. Food is delicious. The fries are delicious. Fresh and real fries!! So good. The location is perfect. I live right down the street. Parking is ample. Facility is clean. I love the soda machines. I appreciate the patio seating areal. I also appreciate and respect their measures taken to protect customers from covid. I recommend if you want a good burger and amazing fries.

The food was good, prepared well, and fast. It felt expensive, though. It was $44 for 3 people and we shared some stuff. The guy who took our order didn’t know the menu or drinks available. Sauces ran out. Overall, it was fine, but not great.

Took the wifey and our 4 grandkids to the Ft Union location and we were pleasantly surprised that this location wasn’t busy. Order a spendy amount of food — couple little cheeseburgers, a hot dog, a grilled cheese and a large fry, along with a couple sodas and water for the kiddies. The price point at the register was a lil painful, but the food was delishish. The grandkids ate every bit without any fuss and Gma and I enjoyed their company immensely! Good spot for grandparents, grandkids and anyone else in between.

Always delicious! One time I ate there 4 days in a row because I couldn’t get enough of it! Insane, maybe… But I had a crazy craving for it! Natural cut fries, and a solidly made burger with all the good toppings gets 5 stars. Here I got the cheeseburger which comes with two patties. I usually get lettuce, pickles, grilled onions and mushrooms, and some sauce. I also ordered the regular fries and that’ll come out to right around $12 to $13, $15 with a drink. But I’d say it’s worth it, good service too thank you!
