Came here for dinner with our granddaughter. It was not busy. However, while we waited for our food there were several orders picked up. It was door dash and online orders. I was surprised how well the staff handled everything. Our food didn’t take long and it was real good. I love these fries! A little disappointed with the pricing, our ticket was $60.

It was pretty good! The burgers are awesome and the fries are endless! If you aren’t that hungry they have a little burger that is a single patty versus the double. It will still be one great burger! We came at about 9:45 and they still took care of us! We were also the last ones to leave and they let us stay to finish. Great staff!

The customer service is always great. The burgers taste fantastic with the ability to customize. The smallest order of fries is enough to share with two people. The fries tend to be salty, so use plenty of ketchup or fry sauce. There is usually a wait time so be forewarned. Update: I had a lettuce wrapped hot dog and their fries are gluten free.

Not impressed at all for our first time ever going into that place. The food was dry and burnt. Way over priced for small gross hamburgers and over loaded with dry burnt fries. I do not recommend and will never go there again. $80 bucks for 4 of us and feel sick. No thanks

I went in yesterday to just give you guys another chance. I walked in and walked up to the cashier, and he didn’t even acknowledge me for a good awkward 30 seconds. Then he just walked off to an office. Once I got my food I drove a minute, two max, to my office. I looked in my bag and again it was just a massive, greasy mess and a cup that was violently filled with as much smashed fried potato as it could hold without bursting. All the fries were soggy and disgusting. And I don’t know why, but my burger was soggy as well. I don’t get it. Why do you think I want a greasy, disgusting mess in my bag of food that leaks and stains my car seat? Why do you think I want to eat fries that taste like a cardboard bag because you didn’t put them in a container? And why do you think I want to eat a soggy log of wet, steamed potato? Why do you think I want to eat a slippery, slimy burger? Good grief…

Fantastic, large burgers, and fries are outstanding. Put some malt vinegar on those bad boys and you’ll be feasting goodness for a while. Shakes are tasty too. But the price… I came here and got all of the above ^, fries, burger, milkshake, and it came out to $18… I had already made up my mind so I did it, but I seldom come here unless I’m being paid for (work) or special occasions (maybe when I take out a loan I’ll come again). Absolutely delicious, but $18 for a burger meal from Five Guys is pretty astronomical. Prove me wrong?
