I rarely eat at Five Guys. I think they make good burgers, the fries are better than many fast food restaurants but their prices are too high for what you get.

Solid location for downtown Phoenix, accesible for that matter. Friendly staff. Burgers just didn’t impress me overall though, need a little extra love on those patties.

Been going to five guys for years, never disappoints. Never been to this specific five guys before, as I am not a local, but I have to say it was on-par with other locations. Killer shake, and juicy burgers (and don’t forgot to add grilled onions)

The girls were super nice and the place was clean and empty (nobody was rushing them) at the time which is why I was so disappointed when I got home to see that my whole order was wrong, the burger was soggy and my fries were not Cajun; there was no reason for my food To be wrong and nasty.

Everytime I go to Five Guys, it costs a little more, and you leave a little less full. It now costs almost $19 for a double Bacon cheeseburger, Med fries, and Med drink. The patties are not as big as they used to be, and that is messing with my interpretation of the taste. I swear it’s not as good but I can’t be sure if it’s just because of sticker shock.

Good hamburger, great service. I had the lettuce wrap version for a low-carb diet. Would return if in the area again.

love this place!!! it can get a little spendy, but it’s super worth it. also, don’t go overboard on the fries; even the “little” portion is pretty giant at the end of the day!

So disappointed, took kids here for shakes after the game as they’re advertised as being open til 10pm. Arrived around 9.05pm to be told they already turned off the shakes machine.
