Walking in I was kindly welcomed. The service was great. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger (that was huge) little fry and med. Drink and paid about $23.00. This was definitely a price I’d pay at a restaurant but it was actually better tasting then the restaurants I’ve ordered burgers at. The atmosphere was chill. Just a nice, peaceful place to come, sit and enjoy a meal.

As I sit at this place and eat my food, which was prepared as I asked. I am watching the staff behind the counter. They are interacting with each customer and treating them as they would like to be treated. As soon as an order is out in the team gets to work. They are a well organized team!!!! The cook especially!!!! He places each patty on the burger with care so that they are not messy until you bite into it. Which is ok with me. Have always liked 5 guys. Their burgers are great especially if you do them “all the way” with all the toppings. The Cajun fries are awesome. I will definitely be going back… although only when I really want to treat myself. Their prices have gone up considerably in the last several years. I am sure the $15 wage hasn’t helped that…they have to pay the wage somehow, so prices get raised.

It might be better if you sit down and eat it in the store, but I ordered it off uber eats…I could only get 1 bite in before all the grease in the burger basically made it disintegrate in my hands and the bite I did take was completely mushy. Almost complete waste of money (the french fries were okay only because i like them mushy) I shouldve just gotten a cheap burger from mcdonalds and it wouldve been better quality.

Went with the family to get something to eat and I couldn’t find anything wrong about getting a grilled cheese with a patty in it with bacon, some a1 and buffalo sauce idk why but spicy and tangy sweet sounded good for a burger and it hit a home run for me! Those Cajun fries with a Reese peanut butter strawberry shake made it incredible too

On 3/7/23 around 8pm we ordered 5 burgers total about $80 and change after a long day shopping. Bad idea, got home ate and 4 hours later we all got sick. Vomiting, and bad bad stomach pains. We’ve never had this problem…we love our burgers but not that bad enough where the burger fight back. After calling the store and asking for refund and some kind of compensation for our pain and missing work and school they only gave us a number to call. So far nothing has been done. Hungry…go to Chick-fil-A.
