been achieving (?) my bucket list: shake shack, in-n-out, and five guys. i would say the burger was moderate, but their potato chips are amazing. i think its the best out of other two. from my personal point of view: BURGERWISE, patty from in-n-out is better. BUNWISE, bun from shake shake is better tho. Ah! sandwich from five guys was good too!

Burgers are good, fries are okay. OVERPRICED. $41 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks & ONE regular sized fries. You can get a much better burger & fries with drink for less at a local burger shop. Tried it once, will not be eating here again.

We were there for dinner. Order intake guy was courteous and helpful. Order was ready fairly fast and hamburgers and fries cooked nice and, as usual, good ingredients. Although, it was late, 8 p.m., place needs to be kept up. There was trash on floor, soda spills and dirty tables. Nice place, good service, good food, but cleanliness needs to improve.

Love five guys but not today. Fries were soggy not crisp. Condiments were not as ordered. No Ketchup, mustard and fresh onions on one hamburger. No mayo and ketchup on other.

If you’ve been to one 5 guys, you’ve almost been to them all. Almost always excellent burgers, amazingly fresh buns, boardwalk style fries. Every once in a while the fries won’t be quite mashed consistency inside, but even then they’re usually great.

Phenomenal customer service. I felt bad but they had one thing off on my burger. I came back and the rep, Jay, that took care of me was super friendly and nice. He offered me any additional complimentary item to take care of the inconvenience but I declined. He remade the whole order anyway so now I have twice the amount of food I ordered. Thank you for showing good customer service is still out there Jay.
