First time trying the famous 5 guys burgers, fries, and shakes. I must say that I was disappointed. I wasn’t impressed. Pretty much an over priced In-n-Out burger and soggier fries. I went with my family to the one in the Westgate area in Glendale. The service was slow as it took 15 minutes and the guy even forgot to make the milkshakes. That added another 7 minutes to get. I’m not sure if I’ll be back as I would have gotten a better deal and tastier good at In-n-Out. Maybe a manager can explain? I’m willing to give it another try at another store as it may be just that store. Oh, the milkshakes were good, that I will say saved them from getting 1 star.

Five guys is my favorite burger spot. They are pricey for being a fast food joint but I think it’s for good reason. You are truly paying for quality here. This is a new location so it’s nice and clean. Expect to wait just a little bit longer than your usual fast food, good food just takes longer to make. I love the portion of fries they always give more which makes the high price worth it. I did order the Cajun seasoning on the fries and they were extremely over seasoned. I won’t order those again but five guys still has my heart.

Hard to realistically bring a family to eat here these days. It’s absolutely crazy how expensive this place has gotten. And it’s good, but it’s not $12 for a bacon cheeseburger good, or $10 FOR A HOTDOG . We came here from Canada a year and a half ago, it’s mind blowing that even before conversion the prices here are significantly higher than in Canada. A family of 5 sharing one drink and one fries is just under $70. We’ve all had steaks at outback and paid less than that.

Not even sure if this location is deserving of even 1-star. The quality of food purchased was not even edible; Burnt burger patties, weird bacon, lack of sauce, and cold fries for $40? I placed my order online and had to continue to wait inside for my food. There is no reason as to why my food wasn’t fresh. Five Guys used to be my number one choice, but now I’m rethinking that altogether. Lol, what a joke – Don’t waste your time.

This location was blaring music to give them and myself a hard time to hear my order correctly, I couldn’t hardly speak loud myself due to pain in my neck. Sometime at this point around 4pm I asked for three hamburgers, they put in extra meat on both my burgers that I didn’t ask for. They definitely misheard me over their loud music. Manager, you lucky I put in a tip, I am still a fan of this company. Not happy at all for stopping on by at this location, your worker didn’t hear me speak very clearly. Maybe never again gonna come to this location due to them blaring their music up so loud…I have visit to other locations back in WA state and they are beyond kind, patient and understanding with a low and decent sound of music.

This 12year old little girl manager does not know how to work online services. I asked for her name and she said its against her policy but when I ask for proof she said well I dont know where online. Because she dont know how to work online stuff. She need to go back to school or stay in school because if she really does not know how to work online thats a little suspicious. I like five guys but for them having managers like this, no thank you.

I don’t know about Greg, but I drive 20 minutes just for the fries. The Burgers are bomb, made fresh. However to make the taste even more exceptional, grilled onions should be placed on top of the patty. Prevents it from falling apart at the bun.
