Second time I have eaten at Five Guys. As to be expected, good burgers. I was surprised how good the shakes were. I haven’t had one that good for a long time. We found the fries greasy, and could not eat them all, not sure if that’s the way they are made, because again, I’ve only been here twice. The store was very clean, and there was someone cleaning tables and floors very well compared to other places I have been at recently amid Covid. Employees greeted and also said goodbye. Overall a nice experience. Perhaps a bit over-priced, but good! Will go again.

Best burgers I’ve ever had. I really love the atmosphere of the place, it reminded me of those 70s diner with the whole red and white color patterns. I also bought a milkshake and it was just the right texture.

Lobby is filthy. There are 3 groups of people 13 total in lobby . 10 + associates + manager it’s almost 4pm and it looks a hot mess! I had to clean off table and chair just to be able to sit and wait for my order. I must of made them feel uncomfortable cleaning my table because 1 associate pointed out to look at me. Then he told someone else then they sent someone to clean lobby..Mind you I haven’t stepped into a five guy’s restaurant in several years. Just very unkept. $22 for a meal. The basic..Moral of the story NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOUR FOOD IS, IF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IS UNKEPT! YOUR FOOD? Is it being handled & cooked properly & clean? It’s obvious that cleanliness is not a practice. The last experience my family had, there was a long straight hair in our burger. Manager did nothing about because it very well “could have been mine”! I have short curly hair..I will NOT VISIR ANOTHER FIVE GUYS AGAIN..

I love me some Five Guys, but tonight I was greeted by an angry worker who couldn’t answer any of my questions about the food. The lady taking our order was unnecessarily rude when I asked how big one of the burgers was (if it was 1/4lb or 1/2lb) simple question. She responded with “I don’t know it’s a single patty” in a condescending manner, and was rushing me to figure it out. Mind you, there was no line, and there was only a couple customers in the store. Her attitude was uncalled for and I’ve never been spoken to with such disregard when asking someone a question about THEIR JOB. Normally I tip especially because I can tell the employees work hard but I wouldn’t give my last dollar to this location. Hope she finds a new job that makes her happy.

Got a little hamburger and little Cajun fries here on a Friday for lunch for about $8.50. It wasn’t that crowded at all. The workers were all very friendly and seemed to care about the quality of their work. The hamburger was made very neatly and everything tasted real fresh. The hamburger meat was the highlight, it was juicy and fell apart in your mouth. But other than that the bread seemed to mask all the other flavors. Fries were great, they had enough seasoning, were hot, crispy, and there was a bunch. Gotta say though, In n out has a better burger for cheaper. I will go back to Five Guys for the fries though.

Normally it’s a good experience but today 5/7/2023 not only does the cashier who takes the order don’t listen but the person giving the order offered the powder to make our regular fries cajun with the crappiest attitude and not even apologize for the mistake. Calle Santa Cruz. Do better guys and girls!

I came in to order two burgers and some shakes and there was no people at all when I got my shakes they were watery and gross then I got my food and this is the closest five guys to where I live and when I got home I got the wrong order. Not only did I have to drive back just to be able to get a refund but when I got there we didn’t even get the food remade. Along with that they didn’t even give me a full refund just one burger when I hadn’t even touched my food and I gave it back to them. When I went back in for the refund I got the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten in my life for a mistake they made from the manager Javier and cashier Jose. Never eating here again.
