Customer service (cashier) is without a doubt a 5-star but getting unseasoned burgers took the experience down two stars. 7 employees and still took a while to get our food. Only 3 people ordering counting us. All and all it’s not a bad place just wish they would have seasoned the meat while cooking.

Upon purchasing food for my family of five, my adolescent son found something hard in his burger patty… upon inspection, it appears to be a part of a bone or tooth that was mixed in the patty. I have called the location to inform them so they may prevent others from having this issue. However, no one answered the phone or returned my message I left on the answering machine. Will never eat there again…. just beware of what’s in your food. Taking my concern to higher levels and other agencies…..

Always the best, never disappoints. Had a Double Bacon Cheeseburger with the works, no grilled onions add raw onions and A-1. Had a small fry but could have eaten a regular plus a large Coke. I’m salivating just thinking about it. Always the best in the neighborhood.

Stopped in for a late dinner tonight, plus this was my first time at this location. The customer service was outstanding. They welcomed my big ol’ 176 pound service dog, Buddy with open arms. Both me and Buddy were greeted as soon as we stepped in the door. Everyone had smiles on their faces and you could tell they truly enjoyed their jobs. I immediately felt like family. They took my order and got right to work. My food was done by the time I was finished being my drink made. It was a to-go order but the food was still piping hot when I got home. My burger was made to perfection and had the perfect ratio of burger to toppings to bun. The fries…need I say anything else? Their fries are always amazing. I love the fact that they fresh cut their fries when you order them.

Pretty good experience, but had room for improvement from some of the staff. I could sense the tension even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. My food came out without my shake and I almost forgot it. No one came to give it to me, though it was ready when I went back to ask for it.

Always get my burgers from here when I am in the area. Great service and although thr prices all have gone up still a good bargain for what you get.

Burgers and service were great! Can’t complain about really anything. Loved the atmosphere but just wish the prices weren’t as high as they are.

I haven’t had Five Guys in probably 20 years. I wasn’t a huge fan of it back then but I thought I’d give it another try but I probably should have went to the location and ate the food instead of having it delivered 15 minutes down the road, I did it anyway. It wasn’t smart of me to order the fries because I knew they’d be horrible when they got here. I didn’t realize the cajun fries basically look like they dumped a container full of Cajun seasoning on the french fries… they’re not even edible. The burger was so drenched in grease the buns just fell apart so I ate the burger with a fork. My son’s burger was smaller and looked better but not much better. I don’t think I’ll be trying Five Guys again but to each their own.
