I’m sorry but this place is a rip off and the presentation wasn’t good. I get it, the price has gone up but at least be considered with the presentation of your meals. I been here a few times and I had some few issues with the food but I never made review. Now, I have an issue with the food and the pricing which is was underwhelming for me. Yesterday (4/17/23) i spend about $60 on a cheeseburger, 1 bacon cheeseburger, 1 regular fries, 1 large fries, 1 bacon hotdog and 2 regular drinks and the presentation looks soggy and overcooked. First, the bacon hotdog was not satisfied for me as the hot dog was cut in half and sprinkle some bacon on it. Not sure if comes wrapped or cut in half either way I wasn’t happy how it looked. Then the fries came a bit soggy and the patties was over cooked but we end up eating its because it’s a lot of money to be thrown away. Overall the presentation of the meals was underwhelming for me and I’ve heard a few times not to go this location but I went anyway.

Love five guys in general, typically order from another place but ordered pickup from this location. When I got home the both burgers were WAY over cooked, literally burnt. Couldn’t even finish it. Staff was unfriendly as well when I picked up my order. Wouldn’t recommend this location specifically.

Dishonest business. My husband and I went for burgers on 2/7/23. The woman cashier told us that they don’t have regular sized drinks and that we can buy a bottled drink or a large fountain drink, then only roughly 1/3 of the soda options were available in the machine. The cashier also added a $5 tip to our bill without our consent. The food was great. The cashier lost this establishment 2 dining patrons.

I’ve been to many Five Guys in Florida and California and this location was by far the worst. The person taking my order was more interested looking around than paying attention to my order and of course he took it wrong. I find a table for myself and my family and my wife asks the bus boy if he could please clean our table, he proceeds to wipe it with a dry paper towel that did absolutely nothing. This location was disgusting with peanut shells and fries all over the floor. When our order gets called we are not given our full order and have to wait while the rest is done. My burger was not how I ordered because the cashier didn’t take my order right. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled like there was urine all over. All the employees looked angry and like they didn’t want to be there. Will think twice before choosing Five Guys again.
