I had heard really good things about this place, but I was really let down. Burgers although had all the works, felt flavorless, and the fries were too oily. The shake was good but not great. All and all, it felt very middle of the pack. If the pricing reflected the quality of food, I would get it.

Clean place, decent service, customer service is ok, the manager is RUDE and the food is subpar. I was actually disappointed at this location. I usually eat Five Guys and I had seen a TikTok about ordering a special way and wanted to ask if I could The manager was actually upset about my question and immediately dismissed me. She’s older and social media obviously annoys her. Thing is, the store was EMPTY, and she still didn’t care about our patronage. I believe in ENERGY, so the bad energy went into the food as WELP, it gave INSTANT BUBBLE GUT!

Over-rated. The marketing scheme of saying that toppings are free is apparently the companies way of justifying their expensive menu. Was expecting at least a good sized burger for $12. Boy was I fooled. They did give a significant amount of greasy fries though…but after eating a handful couldn’t finish them. All in all after paying almost $20 for a combo which you’d expect it to be gourmet style…I would never return and definitely not recommend anyone to waste their time and money.
