I ordered a cheeseburger and fries for delivery. I only received a burger. The burger was far below normal 5G quality. There was barely a drip of condiment on it. I paid $24 for a poorly made cheeseburger. The fries make the meal so I feel outright ripped off. But hey, they did remember to add a bunch of ketchup packets I asked for. I’ll use those for the fries I order from a better restaurant tomorrow.

This place redefines “fast food”. You can see the time my order was placed and the time of this review, and still waiting. We are watching the guy at the grill cooking a single hamburger at a time. No joke. I get you gotta train people, and they have to start somewhere. I just wished I knew that it would be during my very short lunch break while working on a Saturday. *Sigh

This is something incredible. Here they make a cheeseburger and a portion of potatoes for 30 minutes, and even with an empty hall. Very slow work. The workers just stand and talk instead of ordering which takes three minutes. horror. do not recommend

This Five Guys was very clean, friendly, prompt, and never crowded. They are always generous with their fries. Their burgers are freshly grilled when you order them. I have no complaints in how their food tastes. Unlike In-N-Out, you can really taste the smokey flavors of grilled beef. This Five Guys has a Coke Freestyle machines. The venue is also located next to a Yogurtland so it’s easy to pick up a sugary dessert after your meal. I recommend this place if you are craving a customized burger that is a step above fast food.

There were ~20 customers with three employees. A singule cheeseburger took 15+ minutes to make. Just go to the other five guys that is less than a mile away. It will definitely be worth it. This five guys didn’t provide a meal option nor the vegan burger or any of the new burgers.
