The new Yucaipa location is the fifth Five Guys I’ve been to in the past few years I enjoy eating cheeseburgers and fries and drinking a cool, refreshing cold coke. I like to dip my fries in ketchup, Mayo, ranch and BBQ sauce, I sure like to have that kind of option someday. Five Guys is one of my favorite Burger restaurants.

Honestly the guys working 6/26/23 at 7:30 pm were probably some of the nicest dudes I’ve ever had the pleasure taking my order. Just great attitude and smiles on their face. Don’t get me wrong other locations are all friendly and great but those two 10/10 man!

Happiest & most welcoming Five Guys I’ve ever been to. Sadly it seemed like it was a one man show, but the cook definitely made an effort to make sure I felt welcome there. He was in the middle of cooking & had to ask a woman if she was going to help me or if he should. She saw that she wasn’t doing anything & he was basically doing everything so she slowly sad nah I got it & came over. It seemed like it was a daily occurrence of others not doing much & him & this other cook running the show.

Multiple staff members greet you upon walking into the restaurant. The girl that took our order was very kind, explained the process and had a great attitude. The burgers were fresh and tasted amazing. On the critical side, just a little too pricey. It’s worth more than a regular fast food burger for sure, but the pricing is still a tad too high, maybe consider bringing down the cost on the drinks ? Everything else was great, staff stayed busy cleaning when not taking orders and were very kind. Thank you for opening in Yucaipa :-).

Pretty good. I have eaten at only 2 other ones and this one I think will become just as good as the older ones. The fries were okay. My friend thought they were a little under done but still, not bad. My cheeseburger was a little soggy though. But, still one of the better burgers out there. I will be back in a few weeks to try again and will update to a 5 star if things change. BTW, it was about 5pm on a Friday night and only 2 other customers were in there. And by far the most employees I have seen. 11 of them.
