Dont order online. Just go in person. They had our burgers done in a bag when we walked in (great!) and was just waiting for fries. They processed orders for walk-in people that ordered after us and gave fries to them. We asked if our order was ready after 10mins of waiting and she said it was other than the fries. We were waiting 20mins until she finally gave fries to us. They had no sense of urgency processing orders. We would have been better off ordering in person and having all of our food made at the same time so it was all hot. They just need more of a sense of urgency for orders.

I’ve been a long time supporter of five guys. Haven’t been here in quite a while since before the 2020 shut down. Came to the Menifee location today and was a bit disappointed. What a mess! The floor was gross every table was dirty, even the chairs were filthy. I had to ask to get someone to wipe everything down. We had to stand around and wait but they did send someone out and he’s cleaning everything.

Arguably the best burger from a fast food chain ever. Burgers are made to order, ooey gooey cheese, crispy bacon. Fries are stellar, get the Cajun ones if you want a little kick! Also got a strawberry shake with oreo bits. Delicious! You can really taste the real strawberries! I give it a 9/10, way better than in n out (although double the price)
