Came here after a long day at the mall. We got burgers that are 100% customized, shakes and fries. Everything was so good. I was especially fond of the shake, it had that perfect consistency between thic and smooth. The staff were young men who were very kind.

Came in Friday August 11th at around 9pm and only two guys were working, both super courteous, prompt, and accurate. and it was the fastest I’ve ever gotten my food here. Props to these two guys clearly they don’t need the other three to help.

Wish I didn’t have to leave a bad review bc I have fond memories of five guys and it was my first time having it again after a long, long time. But my orders were completely wrong. It was a pick up order, so didn’t realize it until we were home, 20 mins away. Honestly wouldn’t irk me as bad if I hadn’t seen all 5 employees more focused on their conversations with each other than their work. Prob why they screwed up the burgers so bad. 2 stars because they got my kids’ orders right.

Absolutely the best service and food. Everytime I come here I feel so welcomed. I have a hard time picking stuff out but the employee today Marcellous was patient and kind and gave suggestions. He waited for me to make my choices and was super polite. This type of customer service is what makes the difference. Also the bacon cheese burger and Cajun fries were cooked to perfection. Definitely coming back here
