Food wasn’t ready even though I got there later than it said it’d be ready at. The burger is average there really isn’t anything that great about it, especially for the price tag. I only got very basic topics but it still ended up spilling all over the place. They could definitely do a better job wrapping it. Fries were hot and the service was friendly.

A good place to go when you need a big hamburger and seasoned fry fix. Be hungry! I love the fact that you can load up with as many toppings as you like (included). In the mall food court. Available seating can be tight.

Their board said the potatoes are from Idaho. All people in front and after us ordered fries. We were the only ones being told that they were OUT OF FRIES. Yes, a burger place OUT OF FRIES! This cashier from last night obviously discriminates Asians. We are filling a complaint to their cooperate office.

This place is amazing. Not just for the food but for the 5 star quality service! Mia and all her team tonight went above and beyond when they allowed us to place a last minute order 2 minutes after closing time and not hesitating for a moment with a smile, she even continued her great hospitality by offering us water. Even bigger props because after they took our order 3 more parties came to order food. Thank you so much Mia and tonight’s team you made our evening 10 times better!!

I was in the food court at fashion island,newport beach and thought I’d give five guys and burgers a try. When i got to the front of the line. I saw that a burger was over $8 so i thought it must be amazing. I ordered 2 burgers and 2 erfries for me and my wife. When we got the burgers the burger meat was grey and thin , and had no taste. My wife said there were no toppings on her burger. She went back to the counter and said theres no toppings on her burger, and they said her burger comes with any toppings she wants. I wish the girl at the counter told us that any topping you want is included.

Pretty great burgers. I love that you can order so many toppings. If you want to be a little adventurous order a burger “all the way” with a side of Cajun fries. Though it’s not the best food you can get in Fashion Island, it’s my usual go-to place down in the food court.
