First off, the service and fries are very good: 5/5. However, how this establishment falls short is the BURGER. It was not flavorful and soggy/messy, the latter of which is unacceptable considering I ate it right away at the restaurant. The burger is supposed to be the star of the show at a burger joint and I’d rate it a 2.5/5 at best. Add to that the price is way too high for fast food. I’m willing to pay $15 for just a double burger but not here again.

Good burger quality and friendly service. But was it worth $13 for one burger? Absolutely not. They don’t even wrap it so that you can easily eat it without it spilling. They really need to work on that. Hated how out of the way this place is. Also they didn’t have it ready in time.

I’m sorry to all the lovers of this franchise. I’m combining my 2 visits here. First in San Diego, second was mission viejo. In SD I had burger which fell apart half way thru as the bun was too soft to finish thru the burger and the fries were too under cooked. It was many years later to my visit yesterday as I was in the mood for a hot dog which for some crazy reason is hard to get in southern California. I heard 5 guys had good hot dogs. Hot dog lovers, you will be disappointed. First off, my order of hot dog, small fries and small drink was over $17!! What? The cost has nothing to do with my review, I promise. The dog was just average. They did offer a large choice of toppings which was nice. I asked for crispy fries and I got them. However there was so much salt, think of something that is too salty and times that by 10. Even my drink tasted weird. Fountain drinks are suppose to be better but here it was just off.

Usually I love their food, but this time I wouldn’t know cause my order never got delivered. Do not order directly through five guys for delivery as they won’t track the order. They wont help or give a refund but we haven’t received our food. Rather drive further for quality for service

Only reason they didnt get a 1 star is because the fries and milk shake were decent. Ordered a grilled veggie burger with cheese, they didnt even grill the onions or the peppers, tasted unappetizing, only took 2 bites. Milk shake had strawberries and the french fries were A1. IF YOURE GONNA HAVE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS MAKE IT CORRECTLY OTHERWISE ITS JUST A WASTE OF OTHER PEOPLES TIME AND MONEY.
