Decent burgur, not the best, not the worst. The cajun fries were seasoned nicely, and were served generously, but they were not super hot and crispy. Kind of soft and floppy. Still ate them though. They have the cool drink dispenser where you can choose the drink and add a flavor to it. Clean seating area. Clean kitchen.

I don’t eat carbs, so I wanted just plain burger patties. This is the only restaurant I have been to that won’t sell just plain patties for a lesser price! Even with my husband buying a full meal, they wouldn’t let us add on the patties for less than the price of a full burger. They have definitely lost us as customers!

Let me start buy saying Five guys has amazing food but. Upon my last visit prior to this one I wanted to order a bacon wrapped hot dog.unfortunately they didn’t have any hot dog buns! Cool understandable it’s a post pandemic one employee did me the favor of writing my name in a book and tell me hey just come back in a future time tell us your name and we will take care of it.Today is 10/30/21 @1:00pm I decided to come in order food me and my girlfriend after we place our or order I ask the employee Erica.D could she look my name up in the book she makes a weird face of unwillingness and pulls the book out flips thru a few pages and say hey I can’t find it. Not even taking time to look a little more effort would have been cool hopefully next time they can try a little harder other then that food was good ohhh and I ordered that dog!

First time at a Five Guys. The staff was patient to explain the menu, and got our food out very quickly! The whole place was very clean, not even peanut shells on the floor. The fries taste so fresh, I wasn’t a fan of the Cajun flavoring on them but that’s my preference. The burger was very good and juicy. I got the little burger because one pattie is enough for me!

I specifically called in and asked to add grilled jalapenos to my burger they said yes it was fine when I arrived I asked if they had remembered about the grilled jalapenos and the guy lied to my face and said yes I put it in the burger when I got home of course no grilled Jalapenos in my burger. I had selected for regular jalapeños on online but also wanted grilled jalapeños, I like both. I don’t understand why lie ?

Everytime I’ve been here, it is a delight. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious. My absolute favourite part is the Cajun fries. I devour them. Who would’ve thunk fries cooked in peanut oil would be exquisite. Tip: grab a large fry to share instead of 2 small ones. Also, free peanuts!
