Had to kill some time around lunch so I actually drove around and searched for the business I’d land to eat, like literally drove the 3 corners of N. Natomas. I wanted to try a new spot and landed at 5 Guys. The place was pretty empty around 2:30, the guy taking my order was nice to review the 5 Guys menu since I was unfamiliar with it. Before I get into what I didn’t like, I’ll finish with the good. The burger was very good, but I had a hard time keeping all the ingredients together, I think next time I’ll order a single. I tried the Cajan Fries and although I liked it, I was not liking how much of the seasoning was powdery, like eating Cheetos. I might go for regular fries in the future.

Way to much money for what I got. Hamburger was cooked well but it was a $10 burger well. Also I asked for the fries to be well done as I like my fries crispy. Heard the cashier say “she wants her burger and fries well done” but alas they were not crispy. They were hot and seasoned well with salt but mushy. So in my opinion 5 Guys is not worth the time or money. Nice staff though

I ordered the cheese burger and that was it. I get it a business needs to make money but. I have to say the cost is way off. I paid almost $13.00 for just the burger. No drink or fries. The burger was just ok nothing to get excited about. I think the burgers are way too expensive. The burger tasted to me like a generic big Mac. Like a cheese burger you could make at home. That’s about what the burger tasted like. In and out is better. and a drink for a cheaper price. Sorry 5 guys you need to lower your prices. You’re too expensive.

I honestly don’t know what the hype is all about. My burger was soggy, Patty’s were tasteless, fries were way too salty and not fully cooked. Overall, just not a pleasant experience considering you’re paying around 20 per person. I would much rather go to competitors who I thought had better burgers and at a cheaper price.

Bad customer service. Cashier was impatient and had an attitude. Even told her it was our first time but cashier seemed annoyed when we were asking questions about the menu. Expensive menu and burgers was bland and fries had way too much salt. My fingers were covered with salt trying to eat the fries. Only stopped by here for a quick bite since it was close by but not worth it.

Service was good, burgers okay bland flavor, condiments added flavor, a bit overpriced, peanuts given out were open to anyone getting them, no gloves, just scoop in and grab. Saw a customer, reaching in and grabbing peanuts and eating away. No proper way of keeping peanuts sanitized from public hands. The company should look into pre bagging, or a dispensery where public hands are not just reaching in and grabbing peanuts. Also, look into flavoring hamburger meat, again very bland flavor!

First time eating at a Five Guys restaurant. I walked in and looked around and realized the walls were similar to In-N-Out’s, I saw reviews on the walls that said this place was outstanding, the prices were higher than other burger joints, I immediately expected this place to be great. VERY DISSAPOINTED.. $36 for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 2 little fries, a regular soda and a milkshake! I waited for my food expecting the burgers to be big since the prices sure were, they were surprisingly small burgers and I DID NOT order the little burgers! They even forgot my milkshake and when I asked about my shake they asked if I wanted bacon in it! WHAT?! The fries were all over the bag because they didn’t fit in the little cups they were served in, they forgot the bacon for my cheeseburger, I had to go to the counter and tell them they forgot the bacon for my bacon cheeseburger and they gave us cold bacon wrapped in foil, the fries were slightly burned and salty as hell, the burger itself was small and it didn’t taste as good as I thought. Definitly not worth the price! Sticking to In-N-Out!

The worst and most tasteless burgers in the USA, moreover, they cost 2 times more than others. Bacon served as speedy charcoal. No reasons to visit this place.

The food was good. I got a little bacon cheeseburger (cheddar), and my friend got a BLT. We shared 1 large regular fries & 2 regular drinks. Very pricey (36.00) Staff was super nice. I can’t afford to eat at 5Guys often, but it is good food!
