Took my son on a dinner date. We both love burgers and wanted to eat a REAL burger. Came to five guys & I was just surprised at all the FREE topping you can add to your burgers. So my son got the Bacon burger & I got the cheese burger with grilled onions & mushrooms lettuce & tomato. While we waited for our food I couldn’t help but notice they have milkshakes also with all the free toppings(mixed in) I got strawberry & peanut butter , Oh so good. Last but not least the fries are nice thick & it comes with a lot of fries. And to the young men that was working in the kitchen that made us feel comfortable. Thank you, we enjoyed our meal. Feb 19

I always love the freshness of the burger and ingredients. I suggest getting ur burger lettuce wrapped instead of the bun. They dont skimp on the lettuce, definitely will fill you up. The shakes are delicious. I had the strawberry and it was creamy thick and filling.

Five guys is always reliable and good!! This location the food was good and employees were nice. Only cons were you have to ask for ketchup (usually it’s out on tables or something) and our meal for 2 people was $42, pretty steep

The food ok, I would say to me it’s my son’s favorite place. They sell shakes and burgers and always hook you up with fires, so only order one or else you are going to have a whole bag full of them if you order anymore. I like my burgers cook medium to eat, and this is one of these places were every order is well done. But it’s a nice place to check out for kid’s.

The fries were good but this was the worst Five Guys I have ever visited. The burger was like mush or something. There is no way in the world it was fresh. It was foul and it turned my stomach so bad. I later told my coworker who said it was the one in Kapolei and I confirmed. Nasty.

This place serves a great American Hamburger! Fast and friendly service from very nice employees makes this a must for your next hunger craving a good burger. Located near the main entrance of Ka Makana Alii makes it very easy to see across from Panda Express. Inside is clean and roomy with lots of tables. Plenty of chairs, high chairs and handicap access. They have an old time look and a down home feel. Prices are at the top of the burger chain but it’s well worth it. Come enjoy a burger and shake today and get some free peanuts while you wait.
