Did a pick up order today and this was my large fry. It looks like half my cup was poured out into the bag. Usually a large fry is a full cup with some extra in the bag. The extra in the bag is always nice and it’s a staple of five guys. At the same time I would be completely fine with just a full cup, but the fry I got today is just disappointing. Love the food here though. Standards have just been lowered I guess.

Great burgers with an amazing selection of toppings. The fries are, as always, spectacular. The service was great and provided by people who seemed happy to be there. It’s a nice, bright space to have lunch or dinners and I’ll be going back.

I came to this 5 guys yesterday. To my surprise, it wasn’t 5 guys. There were only 2 girls working! At least they looked like girls. Anyways, these 2 girls were crushing it. Being a skeleton crew of 2 with the amount of customers they had was impressive. They provided great service and the food was just as I would expect from the restaurant on any day. Good job! I hope the company is compensating these girls well.

I’ve been to a handful of locations, and this experience was unique. Surprised at first how loud the music was, but quickly realized, along with the fun the staff was having, it was a Real party atmosphere!

I usually come to this location and normally it is a great place. Today they were a little slow, which I expect because it is a busy place, however the reason for a 1 star today is because the female employee working the counter was rude and almost demanded a tip, which I denied. She basically looked at me and said that if I can afford $30 for my family to eat, i can afford to tip more than 10%. I first couldn’t believe that she said that, but i then changed my mind and told her to take the tip off. That’s unbelievable to me. Plus it’s not even a sit down restaurant, so the fact I was even going to give anything was probably more than generous.

We almost walked out when we got there as the restaurant was not clean. The food took forever, I had to ask where it was. It was just sitting on the back counter, and they forgot to put it out. They said “oops.” The burgers were soggy, fries were undercooked, and the employees were not sanitary, touching food and money, no gloves. It was just gross. We should have left.

The food is good, service is quick and they’re more than happy to help. I’m not the biggest fan of the peanut shells being all over the floor but that’s just part of the ‘experience’. I tend to not eat all the fries but that’s just because of how greesy/oily they are and how the paper bag soaks it up. Overall not bad and the burgers are much better than McDonald’s.

My neice’s 10 year old son, raised in Kawaii, thought it the best food he has ever eaten. Doesn’t really have atmosphere but always clean. Only place I trust a hamburger these dsys.
