Came here on my birthday! Hamburgers are really good and the fries are just amazing.. I had a Vanilla milkshake they offer many different varieties and flavors. The hamburgers weren’t hot but they were the fries were. The place was very clean a little bit of a Wait but it was worth it.

Came around 3 or 3:30pm, clean restaurant and one happy employee dude, the lady looked like she had somewhere else to be, probably a manager. The cheeseburger was squashed on the grill and juiceless, the bacon on the BLT could cut glass it’s so hard and the fries were as limp as noodles. As for the chocolate bacon shake, nice chocolate shake… with bacon shrapnel.

Went in there today with my daughter and had an excellent experience. Went in around 4-5 and The two girls working were so nice and approachable and the one taking our order made it super easy for us and was really funny. Was the best burger I’ve ever had and the fries were so crispy! Best burgers in town hands down will be back

i went in tonight around 7:45 they were really nice BUT we gave them a $100 dollar bill and they shorted us $10 on change back but we didn’t say anything because there were 2 workers a girl who cashed us out and a guy who was making all of the food and cleaning the kitchen area and by the time we realized we had been shorted the girl was in the bathroom. When we sat down to wait on our food the dining area was super messy, napkins and trash all over the floor, you could tell no one had been sweeping/tending the dining room floors. Also feel bad for the guy who was working basically by himself, the girl threw down our burgers on the grill and than went to the bathroom for 15 minutes.

Wow, a burger joint with well-done burgers – that’s the WAY I LIKE MY BURGERS. The fries are very potatoey thus natural. Going inside, I found it weird and cool for how they have their ingredients on Costco-like displays. I had the bacon burger for my 2 dinners during my stay at the Hampton across the parking lot (from San Francisco).

Great burger. I really enjoyed the fact I can watch them make everything fresh. I liked the fact that you pick from a list of ingredients. The fries where ok when hot. When they cooled it was way to oily.I think they should be cooked longer. Maybe ordering well done fries? The shake was amazing. I am happy they use peanut oil to cook with.

Gave the Roseburg location a second chance before posting a review and I can report an improvement in the quality of the burgers, but still not any better than three stars due to the patties being overcooked. Topping selection and quality are great, buns tend to turn to mush though likely due to the use of foil so eat them on-site right away if possible. Got mine to go and the buns were essentially paste after a 10 minute car ride. Fries were plentiful, but we’re also overcooked. Price out the door for two burgers, a medium fry and one shake was $33, so quality expectations are high at this price-point. Staff was super friendly and professional, greatly appreciated.
