I do a lot of good delivery and there is a clear difference between the employees at 5 guys burgers and other places. The staff here was smiling, laughing, being nice to each other and customers. On this day, I decided to pay a visit to the store and indulge in my regular order of caramel iced coffee. As I made my way inside, I was generally pleased and excited about my visit. Unfortunately, the store was quite crowded, leading to one of the staff members having to leave the front to assist in the back. Meanwhile, an elderly gentleman started vociferously shouting, oblivious to the fact that the store was brimming with customers. I regarded this behavior as extremely unprofessional, considering the public setting. If it had been necessary for him to communicate with his colleagues, he should have discreetly sought them out instead of publicly humiliating them.

I love Five Guys and am always happy when my wife suggests it. She does like it, just not as much as I do. We ordered our cheeseburgers, both the big two patty ones and one small fry to share. Then we had some of the free peanuts as we waited. The burgers were great as always and there were plenty of fries for both of us.
