I’m so disappointed! The environment is usually inviting, and the service is fair, but they have dropped the ball the last few times I’ve been in with their food. Although it looks pleasing to the eye, it has become so tasteless. The pork is not tender. It has no flavor, and the aftertaste was unpleasant. What happened? It was definitely a place to go when it opened.

We wanted to love this place cause it’s really cute. They blew their 5 stars in so many ways. My quasidilla was good but got very soggy next to the lettuce and pico on the plate and didnt include the jalapeños i ordered. We had to remind the server twice to bring all the food and drink we ordered and had already paid for. I hate giving 3 stars, but they earned it. You may go here and have a great experience.

This place is so yummy! The salsa was really good, and they have gluten free options and garlic free options too (I’m allergic to both). I haven’t had Mexican food in a while because of my allergies, so I was really happy to find this place! The horchata is delicious, haven’t had homemade in a while.

Great place to eat in downtown Springfield, they tend to be short staffed as are most restaurants these days, so you order then you’d sit and they bring the food to your table. Trust me it’s worth the wait to stand in line the 5-10 minutes to order, the food comes out fairly quick, so it offsets the wait to order. We love the tacos and “flaco style” is a must!

It was busy, but still great service! We had ample time to read the menu before we had our turn to order. Super friendly staff and prompt. Clean inside including the bathrooms. We sat outside because it was a beautiful day.

We went on Taco Tuesday, it was pretty busy, but only one person taking orders. So it took a while. It then took close to 30-45 min to get our food. Ate so many chips/salsa while waiting for our food, that we couldn’t finish our tacos. We will definitely go back because the tacos were delicious and stuffed!!!

The first time I came, I was in a rush and ordered the steak nachos. OMG!!! It was so much my lil stomach couldn’t f in nish it til the next day. As always, the staff was very friendly, and the food was amazing. I was actually surprised at how flavorful and delicious the chicken tacos was. They offer Taco Tuesdays, and chips with cheese sauce that’s to die for!!! I will definitely be returning again and again and again❤️❤️

The thrill of Flacos coming to Springfield is something that has yet wear off! Of course, opening day I was there…..they were packed! There’s seating inside and outdoors on the patio, very spacious-which they needed due to the enormous amount of people that flooded through there doors! BUT they handled it like champs! The customer service was wonderful and inviting. The food was exactly as I expected…..DELICIOUS, timely and affordable! So much so that I returned the second day for more! Whether you’re a local or visiting, Flacos is throwing out some of the best Tacos in town! I definitely encourage you to try it out for yourself!
