Honestly I have been to many middle eastern places like Alibaba, Malalsham, etc but I never had a bad experience like this one. They took more than hour to bring food, ones the food did came finally, it was cold and the onions were burnt. They can use better customer service and food quality.

I was invited here with a couple local friends who live in San Diego. The owner welcomed us warmly as I think they know my buddies very well. We had a good table not close to the stage which good so we do not get deaf by the loud music . The services was great as the waitresses keep checking on us. The appetizers were delicious and the main course of different meats on a wood tray was looking and tasted fabulous.

The owner of this place is very disrespectful cussed out a 16 year old kid working at the shop next door. Also wanna address food and service horrible 100%. Watch out and beware of this place!!! Just because the name is flame it ain’t all that it’s trash!!!!

Wow, this place is so good! This was our first visit and we loved it! My husband got the Coco Loco which was stunning and he highly recommends it. I got the chicken shawarma wrap and it was perfect. It was exactly what I wanted. We also got the churro bites with vanilla ice cream (no pic because we annihilated it immediately) which we really enjoyed. Service is great, our waitress was attentive and the manager came to check in with us. Will definitely come back!

Great food live music but the customer service is horrible we got a reservation so we went in for my friend’s birthday and when the waiter came we were trying to order and he goes do you know how much is that? Like we can’t afford it I didn’t say anything I said hey can I get a hookah? He goes the total would be $200 are you sure you have money? I told him hey we are 4 men sitting and having a party you think we don’t $200 on us? Seriously dude and he goes well don’t forget to pay! Like wow
