Sooooo bad. Rice was wet and not fresh steamed. Veggies were sitting in a water vat, beef was also wet and not fresh. Everythings lukewarm. Other locations are way better and cook your food FRESH. Taking advantage of the area with substandard food service. Other areas this quality couldn’t cut it. A flamebroilers representative from franchising should come taste to food compared to other locations. You guys giving 5 stars don’t know what you’re missing. Limp cabbage below

This is by far the worst flame broiler I’ve been to. I’ve given them a few opportunities realizing anyone can have a bad day. They ALWAYS disappoint! Today I ordered a chicken bowl with avocado. I specifically asked for extra crispy extra cooked chicken. It seemed pretty simple instructions; however, they botched it…again. My chicken was not well cooked. Some of it seemed raw in the center so I tossed it. I did not want to risk it. I’m 100% convinced that they do not care to satisfy customers. It has happened before. The avocado was spoiled black with 70% dark brown/black spots everywhere. I tossed all of it out. The rice was the only thing that was fine. It was a ToGO order and did not have time to go back so I’m out $12. With the previous bad customer service, I will NOT be going back!

My coworker turned me on to this place and I haven’t regretted it since. I could very well be categorized as a regular, so the quality food here is just that great! The staff’s amazing and incredibly friendly. I have been coming here for a little over a year and I have yet to have a bad experience. Highly recommended!

Terrible service . Ordered a regular bowl and got one carrot one small piece of broccoli and asked for everything yet didn’t get any green onion . The guy before must have got my onion because they gave him two scoops. Service use to be better when there were different crew there . Sad not the same at all

Been here a few times and I have always had a good experience. However, today I felt rather rushed. Upon walking in I didn’t even get a chance to figure out what I wanted. The girl seemed very rushed, and when asking a question she wasn’t listening and just assumed what I was asking. I ask for more carrots and broccoli and I got one of each and she threw the bowl down causing three carrots to fall out. She forgot my avacado and assumed it was to go. Overall I don’t like feeling rushed or pushed to get something. She was also more interested in her friends that came in. I will not be back to this location.

Extremely unhappy with the service! They no longer make the plates in front of you, so I guess they feel they don’t have to fill the bowls up. The bowls was half full! It should be half the price. Totally ridiculous! I will not be purchasing from this establishment again.
