The bartender/waiter was so friendly. He suggested food and drinks that were awesome. After my husband and I had a delicious bowl of gumbo and the best fish tacos we’ve ever had we moved to the bar where we sat and talked to the owner, what a down to earth guy. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent food!! First time here…Mahi Mahi taco special was delicious, she crab soup reminded me of the OBX. Hubby enjoyed his pulled pork Mac n cheese burger with sweet potato fries (served with marshmallow dip)

My first visit. I had one of the Dec 2021 specials – Cajun Popeye Burger- 1/2 lb steak burger built on arugula, topped with creamy spinach, crawfish, and roasted garlic on a brioche bun. It was delicious. Although fries were not included, this was a good sized burger and filled me up. I probably could have eaten half and taken the other half home, but it was so good, I kept on going lol.

Went here for the first time for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The food and drinks were delicious, everything was reasonably priced, service was great, and the atmosphere is fun and unique. My husband and I both got burritos: his had eggs, steak and Gouda and mine had candied bacon and shrimp, cabbage, eggs, and a peach and garlic sauce. At our server’s recommendation we also got coffee, one with hazelnut liqueur and one with peppermint schnapps. Everything was great. Will definitely be coming back to try out their dinner menu!

Flamingo Jack’s is not a bar. It is a culinary destination disguised as a bar. The meals always over the top. Bring a group and share as you will want to try everything. We drive over 45 minutes for dinner and drinks. My recommendations – Tacos an awesome concoction of flavors, Rizotto cakes are killer, Churros are an amazing ending.
