While the food was good, we didn’t have attentive service. The place was almost completely dead, and our bartender spent most of her time talking to another server and barely looked at us. We would have ordered more drinks, but once we had our food, she never came back, and we we’re sitting at the bar!

We were lucky to end up at this extremely authentic Irish pub on our first night in town. Everything was delicious. Fish and chips with perfect thin beer batter and hot, mealy fries. I had the reuben sandwich with a cup of potato leek soup. I took three quarters of the sandwich home and ate it for breakfast. The server was impressive, handling several large parties and almost the entire dining room. Very nice hosts who were also attentive to our table and our needs. A delicious Park City hot cocoa with an orange cream vodka. Great beer.

My buddy and I had an an early dinner at Flanagan’s on a Sunday in early October. We sat out on the patio which was really nice as the people watching was really fun and interesting. The decorations at the restaurant were cool and the interior was really nice. I had the New York steak and it was good and my buddy had the Ruben sandwich which was also really good. Only issue is the service was just ok, the hostess sat us relatively quickly but seemed stressed. Our waiter Eduardo took our order after about 10 minutes and that was about the last we saw of him. We had a bus boy refill our waters when we got our dinner and later we had to flag down the hostess to pay our bill. We were going to order more drinks but gave up. So, restaurant looks good, fun part of town, food was reasonably priced and good, but the service on our visit was not terrible but below average.

Lovely waitress named Bianca from Romania and hostess Valentina from Argentina. The food adequate. Prices high but it’s Main Street in park city. The chili was more beans than ground beef and watery.

Such a fun place to eat! Had the Shepherd’s Pie both times. The Fish & Chips looked pretty awesome as well. Love the atmosphere, and the service is always great. Thanks for a great experience!

Service was horrible. Our server barely came by. We didn’t have silverware for most of the meal. The bartender and the one server were just talking to each other. Even though there was only one other table of 4. The place was dead. And to get anything was like pulling teeth. She had a attitude any time we asked for anything. And was rude when we asked to split the bill. The Mac was good and so was the shepards pie. But the Rubin rolls were cold in the middle. The chicken on my father’s salad was over cooked and dry. My mother got the fish. It came out almost black over fried. And had zero seasoning not even salt. This place was not worth the price at all. And the service was some of the worst I have had.

My family from Texas visited Flanagans 2 years ago and it was so good! Went today as we’re back in Utah for the week. Service was horrible. We were the only table and our waitress seemed annoyed to even serve us. Food was bland. I got corned beef and cabbage. No flavor at all. Carrots undercooked and meat was tough. Very disappointed in the service and food.
