The Anointed One
On 2/12/23 was my first time coming here ever since they have remodeled. Inside was huge and they also have outdoor seating. They had a variety of seating areas, chairs, and a bar. The workers greeted me upon entering and quickly seated me. The waiter was nice. He constantly checked on me throughout my visit. I ordered a salmon sandwich, sweet potato fries, garlic rolls and a dulce leche cheesecake. The food was hot, huge and delicious. The salmon was well done. I had to use two hands to hold this sandwich because it was so huge. I enjoyed every moment of my visit. I would love to come back here.

I had such a positive experience at Flannigans located at 13205 Biscayne Blvd. The manager, Steven, has done a great job in training the staff to provide excellent service. Samantha, my waitress clearly stood out with her exceptional attentiveness and politeness. It’s wonderful when staff members go the extra mile to make customers feel comfortable and taken care of. From offering sodas to noticing your dirty hands and promptly offering napkins, Samantha demonstrated a high level of professionalism. It’s also nice to hear that she thanked you for visiting and invited you to come back again soon. Overall, it seems like Flannigans offers a memorable dining experience with a friendly and attentive staff.

A Florida must go! Got the garlic rolls, firecracker shrimp, and prime rib. The garlic rolls are buttery and yummy and good priced. And wow that prime rib! Cooked perfectly, juicy, tender. Staff was very nice and refilled our lemonade all the time. You gotta go to a flanigans!

Didn’t have what it takes to make a rum runner. No problem. The nachos are piled high cheese not melted. A teaspoon of sour cream. The beans taste like can food. The lettuce just thrown on top like it came from a bowl of salad. The tuna salad was borderline tasty.

For this to be one of the fairly new Flanigans in miami and off of biscayne at that every time I visit here there’s always a wait with a lot of empty seating …the excuse is always they are short staff …it’s unacceptable …you guys have been open for how long and still short of staff it’s ridiculous I have time today while I’m standing here for this 45 mins looking at empty tables I won’t be returning to this location I heard the service at the newer location in Miramar is better
