If you’re looking for a delicious breakfast spot, look no further than Flapjack’s of Safety Harbor! I recently had the pleasure of dining there and was blown away by the incredible food and service.

Doing some early doctor visits and in the mood for Brunch, decided to go back to Flapjacks, having been there once before. It was busy but we were seated right away. Kennedy, our smiling and vivacious server, brought menus and waters.

Love flapjacks! Traditional diner with great food, staff and prices! Usually have some great specials, today it’s red velvet pancakes.

First time there. Great selection, friendly and helpful service. A large potion of food. It was fast getting food served even though every available seat was taken.

Disappointed with this location. Haven’t been here in many years. On my way to work this morning. Stopped in to have breakfast, the server sat me at a dirty table, then I waited for my coffee, I ordered my veggie omelette, 35 minutes later I still didn’t get my omelette, she gave me my side pancakes instead and told me to start them first. Now I am running late to work. I asked her to just put it into a Togo box. I gave her a Twenty to pay my bill and she said sorry she had no change! lol I told her to keep the change I am absolutely never coming back ever again. She was nice but not deserving of a $8.00 tip. I like the other location better! I gave the other location a Amazing review a few months ago. I will definitely go back to the other location in Palm Harbor. I will never come back to this location. This is a picture of my $20.00 cold breakfast. So disappointed. However like I said I will go back to the Palm Harbor location.

Flapjacks is a great local place for breakfast or lunch. Have been there multiple times. Awesome menu choices. It can get busy at times so check on the wait time. Staff is attentive and very courteous.

I have driven by this place for years and wondered how it was. Well, I finally popped in for breakfast. The atmosphere was great as was my server. I got orange juice and the veggie omelet with grits and both were very good! The guest that I was with got the potato pancakes and said they were delicious. They also got (I am not sure what this is called so I will just explain) biscuits with corned beef on them topped with an egg and gravy. They Very Much enjoyed it! We had a great experience for our first time at Flapjacks. I plan to go again.

My wife and I are new to the area and found this gem just driving by so we decided to give it a try the next day and we love it! It reminds us of a home cooked meal, the wait wasn’t long at all the drinks were always refilled, we love it, def worth 5 stars!!

Been wanting to try Flapjacks after driving past for some time and the name just calling out. I will start off commenting on the reviews I just read. Yes, bacon over cooked and not good. Not many mentions of the pancakes and the place is called Flapjacks, reason I was enticed. Pancakes are good but not worthy of namesake. Not served with blob of whipped butter on top, just table top plastic container butter. No powder sugar and the syrup is in a plastic container sitting on the tables. Based on the name of the place, I would expect warm drawn syrup per order, whipped butter, and a little flare. The meat lovers omelet was outstanding. They whip the eggs making a thick fluffy omelet. The grits were very good as well. They have a dish called ‘the scrambler’ – pick 3 veggies, 1 meat, and 1 cheese, all scrambled together. I plan to go back and try that with some more grits. Overall good, and prices are more than reasonable. Our waitress was fabulous. My coffee never made it to half a cup before it was being topped off.
