We were told by several people to go to Flat Rock and have one of their burgers. It was one of the best burgers I have had in that area. I like the concept of the burger being one price all by itself and then paying a little extra for each topping. This way you get exactly what you ordered and there is no waste on your plate nor the bar owners trash. The hand cut fries are my wife’s favorite.

I’m from out of town–stay away from this place if you are not a local. I like to hang out at the local restaurant-bars when I travel here. Love people in Indiana. They are friendly and warm. But Wow!, never have I dealt with such a hostile and rude bartender. From the moment I walked in, the ice cold attitude filled the air. I sit down and I get asked ruled “what do you want.” Doesn’t get any better after that. I actually timed her as I waited for a refill as she checked on the other five that were there. 11 mins 46 seconds. Finally, I had to speak up. The final touch is I asked for my bill, and it gets tossed at me.

I stopped in this afternoon and was greeted with friendly customer service…I ordered the burger sliders for my children and the tuna on texas toast for myself..The tuna was fresh and the bread wasn’t soggy.. it was the perfect ratio of tuna to bread lol That’s important.. My children loved the sliders and I shared my hand cut fries which my daughter loved. I took a small bite of the slider myself just to get my own opinion of taste. They weee not dry and the buns were just right.. My family don’t eat out much but I have to give this meal a 10/10… The atmosphere gives chill vibes if you want to have an after work drink or hang with your friends.. I give this place a thumbs up and recommend
