Family tradition to go here each summer. Nice local joint with a sizeable menu for a small place. Definitely try the broasted chicken-you won’t regret it. Get there by 4pm for dinner or else you might be waiting awhile.

Awesome food! I had the burger steak and my wife had the haddock sandwich. They had multiple beers on tap, a decent selection of wine and more beers in the bottle. Our server was very friendly, competent and quick! The food was cooked as requested and very tasty. Nice atmosphere and perfect for families, couples or small groups. I would definitely recommend you give them a try. Good value as well, not expensive at all.

It’s awesome, great food & atmosphere. Staff is wonderful. They also have T-shirts or long sleeve shirts for sale with cute sayings on them. We go every year when we stay in Greenville. I recommend to everyone!!

Food was good. Except the salad could have used more lettuce and the chicken tenders were over cooked. French fries are good. The Broaster Chicken meal was enough for two people to eat. Wait staff was very nice but slow. Very local atmosphere.

Pizza was delicious! Maybe a bad day for the help. Nobody even smiled except for the young man at the counter. We had heard so much about this place and the friendly atmosphere so that was the only disappointment. Sorry about that, we are just trying to be honest. Hope your visit goes better.

The owners and wait staff are very friendly and accomodating. The cocktails are great. A nice selection of beer. The food portions are generous and service piping hot. Flatlanders is my favorite place to dine be it lunch or dinner. If you go you must try the Broasted chicken. You will not go away hungry.

Unfortunately Flatlanders is gone, out of business. They were a regular stop with the fantastic broasted chicken and other staples they had.

What a great local eatery. I had the Ruben with beer battered fries. My wife had Chicken Parmesaen sandwich with hand cut fries. Both meals were delicious. Sat at the bar and had great conversation with the owner. Can’t wait to go back and visit again. Thank you!

Very friendly. Chicken was moist inside and typical supermarket coating and flavor outside. A small, ketchup size, container of coleslaw was 2.99. That was good, but it was one bite.
