The oxtails were good, but I paid $30 for FOUR OXTAILS!!! Is that really the price of oxtails now? They were good though. The service was good also. Now the Jerk pasta is soooooo good! 10/10. Shrimp or chicken

I got the oxtails, cabbage mac and cheese (no upcharge) and plantains. I’m not going to lie, the mac and cheese was a little disappointing. I was really looking forward to that the most. Outside of that, the food was really good and the place was very welcoming! The hospitality definitely got am A+!

Safe to say, I frequent Flavaz often because they know me my name LOL their jerk chicken is just out of this world so delicious! Their mac & cheese is old school style cut out of a pan and cooked with jalapeños. Love their Jamaican food

I am visiting Tampa from Washington, DC and this place was recommended by my dad. The food really tastes authentic. Very friendly staff as well. This place made me feel like I was in Jamaica again. I had the curry chicken with mac and cheese and my boyfriend had the oxtail dinner… GREAT!!!!! for us both. The next time we visit my parents we will definitely eat here again and again.

The food was amazing. I ordered Brown stew chicken along with the oxtail. Both of these large items. The portions were healthy the rice and peas was very fresh and the cabbage was good as well. The chicken was cooked to perfection as well as the oxtail some of the best food I’ve eaten at a Jamaican restaurant in years. The 2 ladies that waited on me were friendly and helpful.

The rice and peas were great, the macaroni was better than expected but I was highly disappointed with the steamed veggies … no flavor or seasoning at all … I also ordered a lemonade which I could tell was freshly squeezed and delicious . Overall the meal was an 8 out of 10 . Absolutely loved the brown stew chicken but the veggies lowered the score quite a bit . I wouldn’t mind ordering through Uber eats again food was late because of lack of drivers but was still hot and fresh when it got to me
