My experiencia was not the best, I had the gnocchi ala bolognese and it was good, my cocktail was really well preformed but the service I had was extremely poor, we arrived an hour earlier before they closed and we order everything the easiest way posible for our server Nicola, he was extremely unattended with me and my family and didn’t take the time for us, when we ask for the check we saw that he added a 20% tip for “LARGE PARTTY” when there was only 4 of us. It was our first time here and we had very high standards for an Italian restaurant that always remind us to our Italian origins. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE BACK.

Great atmosphere for sit down seating towards the back. Server took a while to bring drinks out… then spilled the sangria on my white shorts. Food came out… the rice was not cooked in the seafood risotto and tasted like dry grains. Mushroom pasta was bland… def wouldn’t recommend. Server was nice, but def was expecting at least a drink on the house or 15% off and received a regular $115 bill. 7 out of 10 experience minus the ruined white shorts.

We had a wonderful dinner here with a large group of 10. Our wait staff was amazing and the food was great. Our favorite was the chicken stuffed with prosciutto and cheese, ravioli and hawaiian pizza. The tiramisu and chocolate cake were fabulous as well! Highly recommended. Lovely ambience and charm.

Stopped by Flavio’s after a beach day at Siesta Key. They offer valet parking outside for $5 and I would recommend making reservations ahead of time as this place was packed full. Opt to sit outside if it’s not too hot of a day because the ambiance is gorgeous! We weren’t feeling up to ordering traditional entrees so we ordered their brick oven pizza. The pizza is more than enough for two people to share. We got the Pizza Carnivora and Pizza Prosciutto – both were delicious and tasty. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the Siesta Key area!

My first time in siesta keys. Great place to be. My husband and I ate at Flavios and we really enjoyed our time there. Our food was great. He got the steak, done perfectly( medium well) I had the spaghetti carbonara. That was amazing. Their was so much that I couldn’t finish. Our waitress Christina was so nice and very attentive.

EXCELLENT Neapolitan style pizza!! The best I have ever had; I almost wanted to eat it crust first. So crispy and still so chewy. My plan was to eat half and take home the rest but my taste buds demanded that I finish it all. No regrets! With everyone speaking in Italian it adds a lot to the already great atmosphere and ambiance. Of the several places we have dined at while visiting Siesta Key, Flavio’s had the best service by a country mile. Pro-Tip: get a side of Marinara to dip the crust in. Its flavor x flavor squared. We cannot wait to go back!
