I am a regular at this restaurant. I usually go for the lunch special Jerk Chicken. The staff are very friendly and food is delicious. The line gets long during peak lunch hours but that’s a great sign. Definitely stop by if you’re looking for authentic Jamaican food in Ocoee/Orlando

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I was in line. Two guys came up behind me and talking over me as I am ordering. So help me understand how can people BEHIND me get served AND pay before me??? This place is a joke with the worst customer service. But because they know those guys, they can order before me?? I bet I won’t spend a penny at this place again. Then the cashier tried to justify their wrongdoings. The food isn’t even all that good for them to be acting like that. WONT BE BACK. BE WARNED. If they know the people behind you, you will not be a priority.

We are regulars and every time the service has gone down. Some of servers don’t acknowledge you. Normally we have refusal requests and they say sure I got you but lately they have been rude and give us things we don’t want. Last visit we had $18 goat and it was small portion full of bones. Would love to have the old service back. This lady acts like I’m asking for free food but we are paying customers.
