Wonderful east and southeast Asian fusion. I ordered the Satay chicken. My wife ordered a fried rice concoction with veggies. Buddies ordered honey sesame chicken and Mongolian beef. Very flavorful and excellent portions. We drove an hour to try this place out and will certainly be back. The appetizer was pork pearls which we had started to eat before or occured to us to take pictures.

The steamed dumplings were fresh and excellent. Served with a sauce that accents the flavors of the dumplings. Chicken fried rice was tasty with fresh ingredients. Kung PO chicken had the nice bit of heat. Was pleased to find peanuts in it.

Flavour C is the newest Asian restaurant to open in Inverness. I recently visited there with my sister for lunch, which was fantastic. We were served the largest portion of rice and vegetables we’ve ever seen. It was delicious. The restaurant is owned by Mable Song, a surgical nurse who works at the local hospital. Mable runs the restaurant, along with her husband, Bing Yu, a masterchef. The food is fabulous, the place is handicap accessible and has plenty of space for events. Check it out if you’re in the area. The food is excellent.They even offer a lunch special for under $5.

Great service and food. Meals were prepared fresh with fresh ingredients. Very good seasonings. I recommend the okra fish soup, never had anything like it before, but it has become a favorite. We enjoyed steamed dumplings, satay chicken and pork with green beans. Generous portions, enough leftovers for another meal. Can’t wait to go back and try more menu items. Moderately priced.

The wife and I were both in agreement that this was the best Asian Fusion cuisine we’ve had anywhere. Prices are really reasonable considering you get really big portion sizes. Flavors are on point and even our left overs tasted great the next day. Highly recommend for anyone who likes Chinese/Thai style food

We had lunch at Flavour C in Inverness, FL on a Friday. Arriving early we found a very clean and welcoming environment. The service was fast and pleasant, but this is one of the few Asian restaurants we’ve visited in Florida that doesn’t have a buffet. All food is made to order, so expect to wait. However, the wait is well worth it. The food is all freshly made, hot, very well seasoned, and delicious.
