We came for our reservation on time and was told the kitchen was backed up and expect a wait of an hour. When our waiter came he introduced himself and began to remove the extra plates (seated for 4 to leave 2), the plates in front of us I might add. He did not shift the plates further from us, so we had to do it ourselves. We placed our complete order (which included appetizers and drinks), he said he would bring our bread and water. 10 minutes later we received our appetizers, from either a server or busboy. We had to ask him for our bread and water. Two minutes after, our entrees came (still no drinks). Our bread came 1 minute after that. It was frustrating because we had so much on our table. The manager saw me searching for our waiter. I informed him that we received everything at once and still did not have our drinks. He apologized and got our drinks and comp it. We began eating the food, which had potential to be delicious, but unfortunately some things were cold and not seasoned well. The shared mash potatoes and asparagus, were not seasoned and almost cold. The apps (crab cakes and calamari) were warm and delicious. Our entrees were good. The shrimp and steak could have been season better as it had too much pepper (shrimp) and not enough seasoning (steak). I had a margarita that was watery due to it sitting at the bar I’m assuming. Overall the staff was friendly, the decor and cleanliness was up to par. It was our first time and I am not sure I would want to go back. It was between Eddie Vs and Fleming’s, I was really hoping for a wonderful experience. However, our first visit left a lot to be desired and made me feel I should of went with the other option. I will say we had to move our time a month early from 8pm to 9pm (due to a prior engagement) but if the restaurant is to close at 10pm, then maybe the last reservation should be 8:30pm, as to not rush the patrons out or the food. I understand ppl want to go home. But also understand the hours given to the patrons should be taken into consideration. So the time we choose should not prevent us from having an amazing dining experience. Because it’s an option given by the restaurant and an option that worked with our schedule at the time and date.

The staff was quick and pleasant even on an extremely slow night! The food was just ok. Our first ribeye came out over cooked, and the brussel sprouts were burnt and not edible. They corrected the steak and brussel sprouts. The salmon was a nice size and moist! The pork belly over grits was enjoyed! I took my family, and over all, they were not impressed. I was disappointed because my previous experience was great!!

This restaurant is a very good choice if you want to have a fine dining experience with someone that you love The tomahawk steak was delicious and the dessert was also delicious. This is a very good place to have that special moment like anniversary or a wedding proposal. Our server was Gary and he was very attentive and made sure everything was just right and he had a great personality.

I had a reservation at 9:30pm at Fleming’s yesterday to celebrate my job promotion as well as my cousin birthday. I ordered a ribeye steak with jumbo lump crab meat for toppings. I notice when the waiter had brought my food my steak was a little thick than a normal ribeye. As I took a couple bites I realize that what I was eating a pork chop. To inform you I do not eat pork at all! The waiter was consisted and convinced that I had a ribeye but it was a pork chop! I’m believe that it was so late at night that they did not want to remake my steak. They were so adamant that this was a steak. I know different restaurants have different vendors and I trusted their word. And now this morning I am paying for it. Been feeling sick all morning! Whoever was the chef last night needs to go back in training. I am highly upset that I was charge a ribeye price when I actuality I got a pork chop! steak48 would never!
