Food is great at this east side gem! However customer service is terrible. I called in a Togo order at 6:04.. didn’t receive my Togo food until after 7 .. not that the kitchen was backed up, nothing just poor customer service. I request a manager and she explains it’s my fault I’m waiting because the order wasn’t put in till 627, she then asks if I want a fountain drink for the wait! Do better for our black community this is why we have a bad name !!!! See the pic below to see when the food was actually put in.. ♂️

Sorry but i will never ever come here again my food was supposed to take 15 mins and it took 35 mins to come then my food was not even cooked well my fries was soggy and not done with only a little pit and my wings was soo dry i asked for sweet mild it was not sweet or mild at all I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO GO HERE!!

On Monday a friend and i came to dine here. We were very much ready to spend money we came to have a good time. The waitress was amazing first off , the sweetest young lady. I ordered literally 6 things and none of them were available. So we just decided to go with the pizza. When the pizza finally did arrive it was burnt. I asked if they could remake the pizza. The waitress walked to the bar WHERE THE COOK WAS JUST CHILLING AT and asked him to remake the pizza. Next thing we hear is him talking trash about us (he’s raising his voice at the waitress mind you he sees us sitting right there) because we wanted a non burnt pizza. Maybe if he wasn’t relaxing at the bar and paying attention to the oven my pizza wouldn’t be burnt. We didn’t understand what the problem was we were polite when we asked about the pizza even the manager said the pizza was completely burnt. Needless to say we asked for the check because at that point i didn’t want that man cooking my food anymore. Kind of disappointed because it pretty much ruined our date. For context i own a small business and would never allow my employees to think it’s even ok to handle customers like that. Employees like that don’t care about their job let alone the well being of the business and how it affects the owners.

My aunt and I came for lunch. I had the steak Philly cheese, which was very delicious. The service is slow, and kitchen to server communication could be better. My aunt’s meal came out well after mine because we were told they were out of what she’d ordered about 5 minutes AFTER my meal came out.

It’s a shame to see a black owned business be so un-organized and have people work there with an attitude when you ask where’s my food that I ordered 45 minutes ago. I’ve been coming here for 3 years trying to support my people, but I’m done with this place. I hope the manager reads this and makes appropriate changes, instead of just walking around not even taking notice of people not getting their food. And let me add, I counted the 14 guests that were waiting as weQll…. good luck in the future… hope management gets it together soon.

I think management should pay attention to their reviews…they are all basically the same…GOOD FOOD…BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! No one is going to keep trying to support Black Businesses with bad customer service. I’m going to start eating and leaving a tip for the cook!!! Talk to your staff! You are going to miss out on $$$ cause of the bad service.

My husband, my son, and myself came to this place and walked back out after standing and waiting to be acknowledged as the “waitress “ looked at us and proceeded to continue her non-work related conversation. The reason we were standing instead of sitting is because the booth we were going to sit at was dirty… we were hoping the waitress or someone would greet us and say something… but nothing happened…. Literally nothing… so we were just standing, not far from the waitress that was having her conversation.
