Our first time going here and it was a great experience. Wine options were great and they had a good amount of bourbon and beer selections if you are not a wine person. Loved the food that we had and the prices were great as well. The bartender was knowledgeable of the drinks and the food. We will have to go back and check out the brunch as well.

First time dining here and my spouse and I chose to attend the Valentine’s Dinner. We had the Stuffed Dates, White Wine Cheese Pairing Medley, Hoisin Salmon, Lemon Ricotta Ravioli, Beef and Potato Empanadas, and Amy’s Apple Delight. (Spouse had the Gooey Butter Cake).

Absolutely fantastic wine bar. The flights are beautifully curated. The food is always delicious- I highly recommend the bacon wrapped, pork belly, steak and bleu cheese naan bread, and my Friday lunch staple – the steak salad. Additionally the staff is amazing and very attentive.

Flight Plan is one of Huntsville’s best kept secrets, although, I believe the word is getting out about where to get 5 star food and service while enjoying a great bottle of wine! The owners, Jim and Belinda, are a great team, and their staff are always friendly and ready to offer advice when ordering. Bella is our favorite server, but they are all wonderful! The food is exceptional, and the Chef, Jim, puts thought into every menu item listed. Belinda handles the wine selections, and she puts together a great selection for any occasion! This is one of my wife’s best go to spots for a wonderful meal and a great time. It is best to call ahead and make a reservation, as the place fills up quickly!

My husband and I love Flight Plan. It is the very best small, locally owned restaurant. Belinda and Jim are so nice and accommodating. The wine and cocktails are always amazing and the food divine. You must try the ravioli with lemon sauce, and the red velvet cheesecake! . All of the salmon dishes are always fabulous too. Choosing is always difficult and eating too much a real threat!

We first stopped in to Flight Plan a month ago to grab a quick bite to eat. The hostess was very friendly even though we didn’t have a reservation. Since then we have been there two more times (with reservations) and have enjoyed our meals everY time. The serving staff are all knowledgeable and take the time to get to know you. The chef visits the tables and chats. The food is exceptional, we especially enjoy the stuffed, bacon wrapped dates. We will continue to enjoy coming to this restaurant in the future!
