Not too bad but not great either. Food is kinda overpriced IMO for what you get, and both times I got the Salmon toast I was super confused about where the salmon was supposed to be. I thought maybe it was very flavorless salmon mixed in with the cream cheese or something? Turns out that on both occasions, they forgot the salmon! I only realized this after seeing a picture of what it’s actually supposed to look like. So basically I ate $12 cream cheese bread with capers and lemon thrown on it, twice.

Hidden gem! The salmon toast is incredible! Such a great place to relax. Staff were chill, they look like they enjoy working there. Fountain plaza is a vibe. Peaceful.

I only come here because it’s close to work, but their food isn’t that good at all. Today I had to wait a while for someone to acknowledge me. I ordered the avocado toast, which was burnt, and there was no vegan soup options at all.

Andrew and his Team did it again. First and foremost, i will like to formally announce, the bacon, egg, cheese, with their signature green hot sauce is arguably the best BFAST sandwich in Buffalo. I would highly recommend if you wanted something sweet their blueberry fritter… It was the best fritter I have ever tasted.

This place is the worst!! The people are rude and unprofessional. There is one guy working and three standing around. The food is horrible….prepaid sandwiches that are dry and gross. Such a waste of space!!

Came in for a coffee business meeting. Great clean location. Grabbed a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a jalapeño bagel to go. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. Bagel definatly appeard to be artisan made in house. Will be coming back!

I was very disappointed to find a shard of plastic as well as a small dead fly nestled under leaves of the salad I purchased. Prices are not cheap and the baked goods are awesome but to see the lack of care taking to prepare their ready available salads made me question flints integrity.
