Been a Flippers customer for a long time. Did dinner at this one and had a very pleasant experience. The Buffalo mild wings are amazing and we definitely enjoyed the Buffalo chicken pizza! Everyone was so nice and made sure we were taken care of. Janine took our order and followed up to ensure we enjoyed our meal. We’ll be back, for sure!

Food was phenomenal! The crusts were thick but not hard, the breadsticks were massive and seasoned amazingly, and the options for pizzas they have are diverse and they nail each one! Customer service was top notch too. After a long day at the nearby amusement parks, this restaurant was a very welcome surprise with a super chill environment.

I went there with my family and ordered a large cheese pie to dine in , we sat down and after 30 minutes I went up to the counter and informed them that I ordered a pie 30 minutes ago and they informed me that OH sorry dine in wait time is 1 hour someone should have told you and I Can’t be responsible for everyone here . Also while waiting I noticed 3 other customers experiencing the same problem. Poor customer service and they do nothing to resolve the issue and are quick to say OK you want a refund ?

I recently ordered from the new Flippers Pizzeria at O-Town West. I placed a take out order online with an indicated wait time of 15 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes later and the order wasn’t ready. I had to wait an additional 16 minutes to get my order. I told one of the staff members about the long wait but I was told that the time displayed on the website wasn’t accurate. Worse yet, I order a Hawaiian and they made something else. I only found out when I got home. I know the restaurant is just getting started but my initial experience wasn’t great.
