Flippin pizza is some of the best pizza I’ve had in awhile. Their cinnamon knots are literally to die for and their fresh baked cookies are just as good! I haven’t been there to have a beer yet, but they’ve got a pretty nice selection. The food is always phenomenal. My only complaint, which isn’t too big of a deal, but the service could be a bit better. Sometimes it’ll take a few minutes for someone to help me but I also know it’s a busy place! Love you guys!! Only thing is I wished they delivered to Irvine. I’m right off jamboree and the freeway, so yeah it can be a little far. But if I can order stuff from Anaheim, I should be able to get delivery from the mission Viejo store as it’s only 18mi (25min) from my house. I would order from y’all every time I wanted pizza!

My boys and husband were bugging me to try this place. They got the pizza so I can’t speak to that but the calzone was delicious, and huge!!! And their Greek salad was amazing. I had two full meals out of those items over a couple of days. And the price was reasonable for the amount and quality of food provided. Forgot to take pix before eating it all but wanted to remember to review!

I’ve lived in NYC, and dislike most pizza places in orange county but i do like Flippin’ Pizza. It is as close as i can get to New York Style pizza within reasonable driving range. I personally like the “pub style” atmosphere here as well.

Management and staff treated me very very well. Came in around closing time and they welcomed us in. They were more than happy to give us service. Pizza was great. Also a good selection of beer.

The pizza here is wonderful but the service is awful. We have had minor issues a few times (delivered to the wrong place, order incorrect) but last night, our pizza took 2 hours to get delivered. I had called a little after the hour mark and was told it was coming because the driver just left. When it arrived, a part of the box was smashed so the cheese and olives were on the box. I reached out on the website after the first 2 issues and never received any kind of a response.

The manager was the worse. Ordered pizza online and paid for it. Went to pick up the girl at cashier register said she could t find the order and told me that is was crowded and I would have to wait door her to find someone to help me. . Twenty minutes later she called someone to help but they were busy. I asked for the manager after standing for 35 minutes, I was not happy plus had my daughter and grand baby in the car waiting. After 45 minutes he came out yelling and wanted to see my receipt he was extremely rude and angry. . I had to go to the car as my daughter had placed the order. She showed him the receipt and within 5 minutes he found the order still yelling at me that I was rude to his workers. I told him I had been coming to this place for years and couldn’t believe the poor treatment I gotten. I now has been in the restaurant for one hour. He yelled more, and told me to get out and never come back. He yelled at my daughter too and yelled so loud everyone could hear, He said , you both think you are princesses and think you should get better treatment then all the other customers. He yelled this till we opened the doors I had been in the restaurant now for 70 minutes. All I wanted was the pizza I had ordered and paid for. He never once apologized. Funny he found the pizza so fast after she showed him the receipt. Oh by. The way, the pizza was cold, not very good and so expensive. There are much better places to go around the area. I wouldn’t spend the money as too expensive for what quality you get. Watch out for the owner/manger.he is extremely rude and needs to learn about customer service, he has none
