Great seafood! I have been to floods on several occasions and I can honestly say it’s a hit or miss with the food sometimes but when it is good it’s great ! I usually order the soul rolls and the salmon over rice meal. I would recommend ordering during the day versus the night if you want a better experience and shorter wait time. The customer service definitely needs improvement since they hardly ever answer the phone. #blackownedbusinesses

Terrible experience! Today was my first time ordering from this restaurant- placed a $75 order and was highly disappointed. The wings and lobster bites both looked like that had sat in old grease too long – looked burnt and were soggy with grease. The crab cakes were also terrible. I called the restaurant to complain about my order ans was told I’d need to contact Uber Eats to complain because they don’t do refunds. This was after the woman at the restaurant told me she “doubted that was the case” when I described how terrible the food looked. And mind you, I never asked for a refund…what I wanted was for them to offer to redo my order. I certainly wasn’t about to drive 30 mins to the restaurant for them to replace my order tonight. Overall a very bad ordering out experience. I don’t even want the replacement order now, nor will I ever purchase from this restaurant again.

If you are a seafood lover you would love to dine here. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable but great staff. There is a bar inside the restaurant and there are two locations one on Northfield and one on Euclid avenue. If you are looking to have drinks and dine this would be an option. Mostly seafood options on the menu

Coming in from Youngstown, OH, Sunday night my husband and I showed up to grab their ultimate broil. It was game night so the place was jumping! Being a little older than the crowd it made me wish i was 15 yrs younger at least to join the atmosphere comfortable. But anyway.. we loved the food and atmosphere they delivered, for the price compared to our broil restaurant its 25.00 cheaper which was a plus! Not only will I come back but I’ve already shared with friends that we need to rent it out and have something there the next time we come back to Cleveland area which is often. Keep up the good work crew.
