I want to like the Whitefish Florence Coffee drive-through because their coffee roast is great and the location is really convenient for me but the drinks are still inconsistent. I always order a hot Americano with cream and sugar, but sometimes they are barely body temperature and there is usually only a tiny amount of cream. When I ask for extra cream hoping to get a normal amount of cream (that medium cafe au lait color as opposed to dark cocoa/caramel color) they charge me extra. I can get a perfect Americano at Copper Mountain for almost a dollar less than a lukewarm Americano at Florence Coffee. I think they need some quality control and better employee training. I hope they can figure it out because it really is a great roast, the flavor is always great (I’ll definitely buy beans there). If you go there, remind them to make sure your hot drink is actually hot.

Was there early in the morning, the gal that took our order was energetic and got our order out very quickly. Would highly recommend to those passing by. If your a tourist, they have huckleberry drink items to enjoy!!
